Conscious Cannabinoid Workshop

This workshop is designed to help you develop a more conscious and intentional relationship with cannabis.

We will explore the Endocannabinoid System, the biology of the plant, how cannabis interacts with the body, and how many of the same internal states can be accessed naturally through breath, movement and awareness practices.

The evening will also explore the energetic and spiritual dimensions of working with cannabis, followed by a live demonstration of conscious consumption, microdosing practices and a guided sound journey.
