Work With Me

Not sure where to start?

There are different ways to engage with this work, depending on where you are and what kind of support feels right.

If you’re unsure which option makes sense, a short, no-pressure call can help clarify the next step.

Ways to Work Together

Each option below offers a different level of support.
You don’t need to choose the “best” one — only the one that fits where you are right now.

1:1 Sessions

For those who want personal guidance and direct support.

These sessions offer a one-to-one space to slow down, regulate the nervous system, and explore what’s present — with breath, awareness, and conscious integration. The work is shaped around you, your patterns, and your pace.

This option is for you if you feel stuck, overwhelmed, or simply want someone to walk alongside you while you learn to listen more closely to yourself.

Online Course

For those who want structure, clarity, and autonomy.

This course is a guided journey through the Method, designed to help you understand and practise conscious cannabis, breathwork, and integration in your own time. It offers a clear framework, simple practices, and space to build consistency without needing ongoing 1:1 support.

This option is for you if you prefer to move at your own rhythm and want tools you can return to again and again.

Workshops & Retreats

For those who want immersion and shared experience.

These in-person spaces allow the work to deepen through presence, practice, and connection. Away from daily distractions, the body settles more quickly, awareness sharpens, and insight has room to land.

This option is for you if you’re ready to step out of routine and into a more focused, embodied experience — held within a small, intentional group.

This work is practical.

It’s about noticing patterns, understanding how your nervous system responds, and learning how attention, breath, and intention shape behaviour over time.
You only need the willingness to observe what actually happens when you slow down and apply the tools consistently.

If the framework makes sense to you, choose the level of engagement that fits your situation and test it for yourself.
