This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be requested for digital products, services, workshops, retreats, and 1:1 sessions.
By purchasing through our website, you agree to the terms below.
1. Digital Products & Online Courses
Because digital products are accessible immediately upon purchase, all sales are final.
This includes:

Workbooks
-
Digital downloads
-
Educational videos and PDFs
We do not offer refunds for:

Change of mind

Accidental purchases

Failure to complete the course

2. Workshops & Events (Online or In-Person)
2.1 Cancellation by participant
Refunds depend on the time of cancellation:

More than 14 days before the event:
Full refund minus a small 10% admin fee. -
7–14 days before the event:
50% refund. -
Less than 7 days before the event:
No refunds available.
You may request free transfer to another workshop date, when available, up to 7 days before the original event.
2.2 Cancellation by us
If we must cancel or reschedule, you will be offered:

A full refund or
-
Transfer to another date/event at no extra cost
3. Retreats
Retreats require significant logistical preparation. For this reason, the following terms apply:
3.1 Deposit
All retreat deposits are non-refundable, unless the retreat is cancelled by us.
3.2 Full payments

More than 30 days before retreat start:
Refund of all payments minus the deposit. -
14–30 days before retreat start:
50% refund (deposit non-refundable). -
Less than 14 days before retreat start:
No refunds available.
Participants may request a name-transfer (sending another person in their place) at no additional cost, provided we are informed at least 7 days before the retreat.
3.3 Cancellation by us
If the retreat is cancelled, you will receive:

A full refund of all payments, including deposit
(We are not responsible for external costs such as flights or accommodation booked independently.)
4. 1:1 Guidance Sessions
4.1 Cancellations

Sessions cancelled more than 48 hours in advance:
Full refund or free rescheduling. -
Sessions cancelled within 48 hours:
No refund, but one complimentary rescheduling may be offered at our discretion. -
No-shows:
No refunds or rescheduling.
4.2 Technical or operational issues
If a session cannot be delivered due to technical issues on our side, you will receive:

A rescheduled session or
-
A full refund
5. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds cannot be issued for:

Change of mind

Not engaging with or completing the materials

Disliking the style, approach, or content after purchase

Failure to attend without notice

Misunderstanding what the service or product includes (descriptions are clearly provided on the website)
