Code of Conduct

To create a safe, respectful, and transformative environment for all participants, you agree to uphold the following standards of behaviour in any workshop, retreat, community interaction, or online program hosted by I Am Nino 420.

1. Respect & Non-Judgment

All participants must treat others with:

  • Respect

  • Kindness

  • Compassion

  • Confidentiality

Discrimination or harassment based on gender, ethnicity, age, sexual orientation, religion, or personal history is strictly prohibited.

2. Confidentiality

Anything shared in a workshop, session, or retreat must remain confidential.
This ensures a safe and trusted environment.

3. No Disruptive Behaviour

Participants must not:

  • Interrupt facilitators

  • Disturb practices intentionally

  • Create unsafe conditions

  • Engage in aggressive or inappropriate behaviour

We reserve the right to remove anyone who violates these guidelines without refund.

4. Substance Use Policy

Unless specifically stated otherwise:

  • Do not attend sessions under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

  • Cannabis references are educational; no consumption is permitted at events unless expressly authorised by local laws and the retreat guidelines.

5. Physical Safety

Participants agree to:

  • Listen to their own bodies

  • Not push themselves into pain

  • Inform facilitators of relevant medical conditions

  • Follow instructions for safety

6. Emotional Safety

Healing work can bring up emotions. Participants agree to:

  • Take responsibility for their own emotional state

  • Seek support when needed

  • Respect others’ emotional processes without judgment

7. Integrity & Honesty

Participants commit to:

  • Showing up on time

  • Engaging with sincerity

  • Maintaining ethical behaviour

  • Communicating truthfully

8. No Recording or Redistribution

You may not:

  • Record sessions

  • Photograph participants without permission

  • Share course materials

  • Reproduce content for commercial or personal teaching

All materials are protected by copyright.

9. Consent

Participants agree to:

  • Not touch or engage physically with others without explicit permission

  • Respect personal boundaries at all times

10. Breach of Code

Violation of this Code of Conduct may result in:

  • Immediate removal from the session or retreat

  • Denial of future participation

  • No refund provided
