Work With Me

Are you checking in, or are you checking out?

If you’ve realised

cannabis isn’t the problem, the relationship is,

here are the ways we can work together.

Before we work together, it’s important to understand something.
This work is not about promoting cannabis. It’s about awareness.
Cannabis can act as a mirror, reflecting what is happening inside you. Breath helps regulate the nervous system and activate the body’s own endocannabinoid system.

My role is simply to hold space, ask the right questions,

and guide the process.

FOR INDIVIDUALS

This work is for those who want to explore their relationship with cannabis, their nervous system, and themselves.

Many people come to me when they feel cannabis has shifted from something supportive into something habitual.

Rather than framing this as addiction, I approach it as a relationship with the plant that can become unconscious over time.

Through breathwork and awareness practices we work on understanding that relationship and learning how to manage dependency rather than avoid the conversation altogether.

This option is for you if you feel stuck, overwhelmed, or simply want someone to walk alongside you while you learn to listen more closely to yourself.

1. Individual Guidance

For those who want personal guidance and direct support.

In one-to-one sessions we explore your relationship with cannabis, emotional awareness, and nervous system regulation.

Using breathwork, reflection practices, and conversation, I help you develop a more conscious relationship with cannabis — or learn to access similar states without relying on the plant.

These sessions may support you in:

  • understanding and managing cannabis dependency

  • transforming unconscious consumption into conscious relationship

  • regulating the nervous system through breath

  • processing emotional patterns connected to cannabis use

  • integrating insights from cannabis experiences

  • building a sustainable personal awareness practice

FOR ORGANISATIONS

I also work with organisations navigating cannabis, wellbeing, and human performance in the modern world.

My background combines nearly a decade of experience in the legal cannabis industry with personal work in breathwork, awareness practices, and nervous system regulation.

This allows me to bridge two worlds that rarely speak to each other: cannabis education and human wellbeing.

1. Workplace Cannabis
Education & Literacy

Helping organisations understand cannabis beyond stigma and misinformation.

Topics may include:

  • medical cannabis fundamentals

  • responsible consumption

  • cannabis literacy for modern workplaces

  • understanding the endocannabinoid system

  • reducing stigma through education

These sessions are particularly useful for teams operating in wellness, health, or cannabis industries.

HOW THIS WORK USUALLY UNFOLDS

1. Awareness

We begin by looking honestly at your relationship with cannabis, your patterns, and your nervous system.

2. Regulation

Through breathwork and reflection practices you learn to regulate your system and access similar states without relying on the plant.

3. Integration

The goal is not to remove cannabis from your life, but to develop a conscious relationship with it — or to discover you no longer need it in the same way.
