The full story

High! I’m Tony and I am a cannabis consultant, breathwork practitioner, and educator working with conscious use of cannabis, the Endocannabinoid System, and nervous system regulation.

My work bridges lived experience, science, and practical integration.

I grew up in Liverpool in a very disciplined environment.
I was introduced to Shotokan karate, and from the age of six I trained intensively, eventually earning my black belt in kickboxing as a teenager.

Discipline, focus, and physical resilience were instilled early.

But at age sixteen, my life shifted dramatically. I was diagnosed with a melanoma in my spine and a tumour near my pelvis. Surgery was urgent. The future was uncertain.

During treatment, cannabis entered my life, initially as support for pain, nausea, and appetite. It helped. But over time, what began as medicine evolved into habitual use. That duality of healing and dependency, shaped the next decade of my life.

I didn’t only consume cannabis, I built within the industry.

I founded and operated a cannabis club in Spain, worked across Europe and Africa in cultivation and processing and I consulted on end-to-end cannabis production, including pharmaceutical operations

This gave me deep insight into cannabis not just as a substance, but as an industry, a culture, and a behavioural pattern.

What became increasingly clear was this:

Cannabis amplifies the state you bring to it.

Used unconsciously, it reinforces avoidance.
Used consciously, it becomes a mirror.

A ceremonial experience with Ayahuasca marked a shift. Not as a mystical escape but as confrontation. I realised I had been checking out more than checking in. That moment redirected my focus from the plant to the body.

Through research and practice, I discovered the Endocannabinoid System, the biological network regulating mood, stress, inflammation, and balance. The same system cannabis interacts with. More importantly, I discovered that breath activates it naturally.

That insight led to the development of what I now teach: The Conscious Cannabis Breath Method.

What I Do Today

My work now operates in two primary arenas:

Individual
Transformation

I guide individuals to transform their relationship with cannabis through:

  • Conscious consumption frameworks

  • Breathwork practices

  • Nervous system regulation

  • Emotional awareness and accountability

This isn’t about encouraging or condemning cannabis use. It’s about evolving in relationship.

Organisational Advisory
& Workplace Education

As medical cannabis becomes more widely prescribed, many organisations are unprepared. Employees are already using it. Managers are unsure how to respond.
HR teams are balancing wellbeing, performance, and legal responsibility.

I work with leadership teams to:

  • Educate around medical cannabis realities

  • Reduce stigma without enabling misuse

  • Integrate nervous system education into workplace wellbeing

  • Build frameworks for responsible, conscious use

This work is grounded, practical, and non-ideological.

My core message remains simple:

Cannabis isn’t the problem. You are.

Awareness is the medicine. Breath is the bridge.

Everything I teach revolves around one question: Are you checking in, or checking out?

Because that question applies to cannabis, work, relationships, leadership, and life itself.
