Activating the Endocannabinoid System (ECS) through Breathwork A guided evening of conscious cannabis, nervous system regulation, and embodied awareness. This ceremony blends ECS-activating breathwork, emotional awareness, and intentional presence. Cannabis is approached not as an escape, but as a mirror — with breath as the primary tool. After the breathwork ceremony, there will be an optional, conscious engagement with the plant, held around the fire once night falls. Ceremonial, grounded and regulated.
