ECS Activation Breathwork and Sound Healing with Nino420
Step into a guided experience designed to reconnect you with your body’s natural intelligence.
In this session we will be working with a powerful breathwork technique to activate the endocannabinoid system supporting balance regulation and a deeper connection to self without the use of any external substances.
Through conscious breathing you will be guided into a state where the nervous system can reset allowing stress to release and clarity to emerge. This journey is supported by immersive sound healing using carefully selected frequencies and instruments to deepen the experience and help integrate the process.
This is an invitation to slow down drop in and access a state of calm awareness and inner alignment.
