About the event
This Winter Solstice Ice Bath gathering was a powerful reminder of how simple practices, held well, can create deep impact. Coming together to breathe, make music, share food, and step into the ice created a rhythm that felt both grounding and alive.
The breathwork sessions opened the body and attention, making space for people to arrive fully. The live music added a playful, connective layer, allowing energy to move naturally through the group. Entering the ice bath — twice over the course of the afternoon — became less about endurance and more about meeting sensation with awareness.
As always, the ice offered clarity. People came out feeling alert, steady, and unexpectedly calm. Many shared a renewed sense of strength, focus, and trust in their own capacity to stay present under intensity. What stood out most were the conversations afterwards — quieter minds, open laughter, and a shared sense of having crossed something together.
Held around the Winter Solstice, the event carried a natural sense of closure and renewal. It was a joy to guide this space and to witness how quickly connection forms when people breathe, move, and meet challenge together.
